Luke Wilson plays a military man who is part of a government experiment to put a person in deep sleep for an entire year and then waken up.
The experiment goes wrong when he is awakening 500 years into the future. A future of chaos and where everyone has gone stupid thanks to television and lack of interest in the real world and those with low I.Q. having so many children with low I.Q.'s.
Luke must try to help those in the future get back on track, as he is now the smartest person on the planet.
This movie is one step down from the spoof 'Airplane', but certainly worth it if it costs you $10 bucks.
