Deeply (Mature Audiences)

This is a story about a fishing island off the coast of Nova Scotia where every 50 years the fish disappear due to an old curse.

This is an artsy film that bridges the gap between the old ways of curses and the new ways of how some feel as if they themselves are cursed.

The story is told through the eyes of an old woman, played excellently by Lynn Redgrave, of what happened all so long ago to the girl who comes to the deserted island.  The girls mother inherits an old house to be restored and the girl fighting feeling of loss in her own life don't want to share with her mother or be bothered by anyone else, but the old woman's story holds her captive.

If you can follow the same will happen to you.  It's about young love, loss, and what happens when you have to learn that life must move on even after loss of a love.

Deeply moved with this story if you've lost love that still brings ache to a piece of your heart even years gone by you'll connect with this story and its wonderful scenery shots and orchestra soundtrack.

If you want a tearjerker this movie might be for you, but if you want a heart jerker this movie definitely is for you.
