Hart's War (Rated R)

I took notice that this movie is always running on the movie channel and picked it up to check it out since I don't have the "extras".

This WWII flick stars Bruce Willis and Colin Farrell who are both officers who are also prisoners in a POW camp.  Bruce plays a Hogan of the Hogan Heroes type person who is trying to keep his men in line and not get killed.

Halfway through you learn of another task Bruce has for his men (at least 31 of them).

There's an American on American murder at the camp and a who-done-it via trial begins with Bruce being main chief over the procedures and Colin's character must play lawyer defending the accused.

This movie is a history lesson, a murder mystery and Colin Farrell can you ask for anything more?

WARNING:  There is the use of one "F" word and the second half of the movie is filled with tons of the real "N" word.

I can't suggest you rent or not rent-buy or not buy this movie.  I really have no opinion on the turn out of the movie.  It looked like one of the throw-a-ways movies that was powerful to credits and war buffs, but to others it was just Bruce and Colin dressed up in uniforms.
