Jarhead (Rated R)

We watch a young man turn into a Marine and whose first assignment is off to Iraq where he must protect the oil fields.

This movie is slightly anti-war in places, but still a good insight of things you never knew about the times in service.

This covers 'Desert Shield' and 'Desert Storm' timelines and well, as much as I enjoyed that there were rarely any real 'war' scenes-the movie left me flat.

There are also lots of profanity and a butt scene of Jake Gyllenhaal.
